Patch 0.12.0.8 Fixes Fuzan and Floor Crashes

Hotfix 0.12.0.8 addresses two serious state problems and an Umbral Sands audio issue.

- Kharidian Flax and Redberry floor pieces no longer crash a logout made while standing on them.
- Fuzan can no longer follow a player out of Umbral Sands after teleporting.
- Combat music now resolves correctly in Umbral Sands.
What this means for players
Players reproducing one of these symptoms should verify the complete build number before changing worlds or structures. A server on an earlier 0.12 subversion does not include the fix merely because its major version says 0.12.
