Fishing Spots Not Working
Current answer
Fishing locations that became unusable in Fellhollow and Brynmoor were fixed in patch 0.12.0.4. Update both the player client and dedicated server, then revisit the location.
Recovery order
- Check the client version.
- Restart and update the dedicated server if applicable.
- Confirm every co-op player is on the same build.
- Leave and re-enter the affected area before testing the fishing interaction again.
When it may be a different problem
A fixed interaction bug does not guarantee every water ripple is a valid fishing spot or that the correct equipment is equipped. If the current patch is installed, compare the spot type and fishing method before reporting the old 0.12 launch issue as returned.
